We originate supply at source, structure the commercial and financial terms, arrange logistics and inspection, and manage the transaction through to settlement. One counterparty, accountable end to end.

We decline more transactions than we accept. Vetting, documentation and risk allocation are non-negotiable, because the trades we walk away from protect the ones we complete.
Execution.
Structure without delivery is theory. We stay inside the transaction — inspecting, tracking, documenting — until cargo is delivered and settlement is complete.
